Wer möchte unser neuer Nachbar werden? Ja, wir würden sehr gerne neue Nachbarn bekommen.
Es stehen ± 8,65 ha. Land zum Kauf eventuel mit einem sehr großen Reitplatz 1.385 ha..
Dieses Land ist noch bebaubar.
Es wäre wunderbar, wenn wir Menschen finden, die hier mit einem schönen Projekt beginnen.
Welche Möglichkeiten gibt es?
Alles was mit Pferden und Pferdesport zu tun hat: Ein Pferdestall mit Pflegepferden, Pferdezucht, ein touristisches Angebot, vielleicht in Kombination mit einem netten Restaurant mit Aussicht auf den Reitplatz oder ein Reiterfachgeschäft.
Übrigens reitet hier jeder draußen, Reiten in der Halle gibt es (fast) nicht.
Oder vielleicht finden sich echte Apulien-Liebhaber, die sich zusammenschließen für den Bau von 4-6 Villen mit einem gemeinsamen Schwimmbad???
Es gibt mehr als genug Möglichkeiten und wir würden uns über nette Nachbarn sehr freuen.

Yes, we would like to have new neighbours.
We have ± 8.65 acres. land for sale and for horse-lovers the possibility to buy also a very large outdoor arena for riding for approx. 1385 ha.
On this land can be build according to the standards of the countryside.
For farmers, there are extensive possibilities.
It would be great to find people who are going to make something beautiful.
The possibilities?
An all round horse farm, perhaps a tourist activity added and maybe a nice restaurant overlooking the outdoor arena and an equestrian shop.
Riding outside is the norm here.
Inside riding is (almost) unknown.
The land has a gently rolling movement and would also be very suitable for Earthships.
Or maybe there are some real Puglia - lovers who unite with friends or family and have 4 to 5 villa's built with a shared pool??
There are plenty of possibilities and we would like to have nice neighbours.

Sì, ci piacerebbe avere nuovi vicini.
Abbiamo ± 8,65 ettari. terreno in vendita e per gli amanti dei cavalli la possibilità di acquistare anche una grande maneggio (senza edifici il tutto) all'aperto per cavalcare per ca. 1385 ettari.
Su questa terreno si può costruire secondo la P.P.A. le norme per la campagna.
Per gli agricoltori, ci sono possibilità più ampie.
Sarebbe bello trovare persone che stanno per fare qualcosa di bello.
Le possibilità?
Un allevamento di cavalli, cavalli in pensione, forse una attività turistica aggiunto e magari un bel ristorante che si affaccia il maneggio e un negozio equestre.
Cavalcare fuori è la norma qui.
All'interno (quasi) sconosciuto.
La terra ha un movimento di una dolce digradazione e sarebbe anche molto adatto per Earthships.
O forse ci sono alcune vere amanti della Puglia che si uniscono con gli amici o i paranti e costruiscono 4-5 villette con una piscina in comune?
Ci sono molte possibilità e ci piacerebbe avere vicini simpatici.
